What if 'SNL' mocked Michelle Obama? (Pat Buchannan's commentary on WorldNetDaily)

The media cannot get enough of the "Saturday Night Live" impersonations of Palin as a bubblehead. News shows pick up the Tina Fey clips and run them and run them to the merriment of all.
Can one imagine "Saturday Night Live" doing weekly send-ups of Michelle Obama and her "I've never been proud" of my country, this "just downright mean" America, using a black comedienne to mimic and mock her voice and accent?
"Saturday Night Live" would be facing hate-crime charges.
How do we know? When the New Yorker ran a cartoon of Michelle in an Angela-Davis afro with an AK-47 slung over her shoulder, New Yorker editors had to go on national television to swear they were not mocking Michelle, but the conservatives who have so caricatured Michelle and the Messiah.
Is there a media double standard? You betcha.

First of all, SNL would be labelled as "Racist".
Secondly, this is the first time that I've seen a candidate's wife out stumping for her hubby. (I didn't pay much attention when Clinton ran) It's as if SHE wants a co-Presidency. Her and the Obamassiah.

I read the entire article that Buchanan wrote... he was 100% right on every bit of it. It's completely ridiculous the double standard that is set out there by our media.

Ya know what, let the media have their little false control. Everyone knows they are biased and EVERYTHING they now say is no longer taken at face value...hence the rise of websites like factcheck.org.
Let them keep their percieved "power" as long as we elect a republican and take back congress, we'll have the real power and they can STUFF IT. :-)

...problem is an awful lot of the "mouth breathers" out there believe whatever they hear on the nightly news or read in the local rag. There are just too many people who won't go to the effort of thinking for themselves. There are distortions on both sides, but only one gets reported.

factcheck.org is owned by the Annenberg Corporation. A corporation that Obama worked for. That same corporation has donated tons and tons of money to the Obama campaign. ANYBODY that believes that site needs to rethink things !!!
As we have seen multiple times on this blog that factcheck.org is non partisan and we have seen also that their facts are wrong more times than they are right. Now we know it is a Annenberg website. The same Annenberg who funded radical Ayers and Obama in Chicago.

Well my point was that anyone with an iota of intelligence doublechecks stories. Of course, this counts out libtards...but not like any of us were going to sway their vote.
