17. If you have any psych issues
Believe me, the cops are quite ass-holey and over-reactive twords anyone with psych issues even if you are calm or whatever. They act arrogant for no discernible reason beyond power tripping... Anyone with PSTD needs to be extra careful and try to get a handle on triggers ASAP.Talking from personal experience here.
I dunno.
franksolich looks utterly normal, but franksolich is deaf.
franksolich has had some, uh, unpleasant encounters with law-enforcement before, always because of confusion.
Unpleasant encounters lasting circa 5 seconds; after law-enforcement grasps that franksolich is deaf, no problem, and all proceeds in a professional manner.
Just as I quickly tell law-enforcement that I can't hear, I suggest the subway cat, when confronted by law-enforcement, right off the cuff tell them she's nuts.
After which all is understood, and everything proceeds in a professional manner.
Damn, the subway cat makes her life more difficult than it needs to be.

Frelling lying idiots at the ACLU. Once again they interpret laws to read what they want.
To calculate what proportion of the U.S. population is affected by these powers, the ACLU created a map and spreadsheet showing the population and population centers that lie within 100 miles of any “external boundary†of the United States.Lies (http://www.aclu.org/privacy/37293res20081022.html)
Q. What is a border region?
A. Border region is defined in Section 1303 (g)(1) of SAFETEA-LU as any portion of a U.S. state that is within 100 miles of an international land border with Canada or with Mexico.Federal Highway Transportation Admin (http://www.fhwa.dot.gov/planning/sec1303qa.htm)

That is probably unnecessary.
It would be obvious at first glance.

No UGP!.....They are being calm because you are being irrational....If you have the cops called on you for acting out...something has already triggered you and they are trying to bring the situation to a peaceful end!

If Ms.Ter Panther is being all "calm or whatever" how would the cops know it's psycho. I'm sure it's not the tail, cat stripe tattoos, wild hair, male cat with human female boobs look it cultivates.

About two years ago, the subway cat got all agog and excited because she and her mother were going to some sort of medical-psychiatric evaluation for the whole works, the whole sex-change thing, the first process involving doing that.
The subway cat disappeared for a few days.
Then the subway cat came back, and while the subway cat's written about a lot of things since then, the subway cat hasn't written about that subject any more.
It's probably reasonable to suspect that after being examined, professional medical and psychiatric opinion was that no, the subway cat wasn't a good candidate for such radical surgery (for any variety of good reasons), and so the idea was dropped.
If such is in fact true, we taxpayers should heave a sigh of relief, because while the subway cat in her present condition is costing us a bunch, imagine how much more she would be costing us if the surgery had been done.
