A 23-year-old Michigan man has admitted to plotting to set off a homemade bomb in the tunnels near the Xcel Energy Center, hoping it would cause a power failure and prompt cancellation of the Republican National Convention.
Matthew B. DePalma of Flint, pleaded guilty in federal court in Minneapolis Tuesday to illegally possessing Molotov cocktails.
According to the plea agreement:
DePalma spent about 90 minutes at the Hennepin County Library on Aug. 18 researching recipes for homemade bombs. He bought the supplies for Molotov cocktails a few days later.
He said that if he could bomb the Xcel Center on Sept. 1, "they might call off the convention."

Funny how the Libtards rejoice in THEIR conventions but would deny others. (remember the hurricanes that the Dems so rejoiced in??) What's happened to our society ?? I guess that the concept of the First Amendment (in it's entirety) has failed a LOT of people.

I think DUmmies and their ilk would be a lot more "fairer" about the use of the 1st Amendment if they came to saw it like I do, that the 2nd Amendment is there incase the 1st is no longer.

Republican HQ Vandalized, Workers Threatened (http://www.wsmv.com/politics/17770884/detail.html)
Overnight, the Republican Party’s office on the courthouse square in downtown Murfreesboro, TN was attacked. A large brick with a symbol for anarchy written on it was thrown through a window, taking out the entire glass front.
Nothing was taken, but workers said it may cost $3,000 to replace the glass.
Party leaders said this comes after weeks of threatening phone calls, with one person threatening to "tie them up,” and other vandalism, like the spray-painting of doors and stolen campaign signs.

One question:
If Obama...as he claims repeatedly...is a change agent and all about being a different kind of politician preaching "Hope" and Change".
Why doesn't he publicly denounce things like this and call on the more radical elements of his party to end this kind of divisive violence?

That One does not need to denounce it. The MSM has been blaming McCain/Palin for fostering hate among their supporters, so they'll just blame that for driving some poor loon over the edge.

What's his DU name?

Obama will make him director of DHS.
