Title: ACORN and Ayers Connected

1. The Secretary of State of Ohio Jennifer Brunner filed a request in the Supreme Court relating to the underlying claim in her state that there has been voter registration fraud…with ties to the work of ACORN in registering voters.

2.  A group — the Service Employees International Union [SEIU] — filed an amicus brief in the United States Supreme Court asking the Supreme Court to rule with the Secretary of State of Ohio (and essentially asking for a ruling that would be favorable to ACORN in that it would “call off the dogs.”)

3.  I thought it curious that SEIU would file an amicus brief for Brunner and did some quick research …and now I need more indepth research (which is where YOU come in.)  According to my quick research..the same person who started ACORN, started SIEU.  His name is Wade Rathke. So then I wondered, who is Wade Rathke?

4.  I did some really quick research and learned that Rathke was a member of the anti war group SDS. This is where YOU come in again.  If you know 60’s history, you know that the Weather Underground was an offshoot of SDS.  There was some disagreement in the late 60’s and members of the SDS - Bill Ayers and his wife - left and formed/ joined the Weather Underground.

Ok...  sorry, but this is stretching that I'd expect to see from the Dump.  You can't say that because two people worked together nearly 50 years ago, that there is a credible connection today.

Oh, I don't know, America hating hippie radicals from the 1960's tend to flock together.

Certainly it doesn't go too far and it is an interesting association, considering Acorn being at the center of both voter fraud and the housing collapse.

i find it interesting that one organization was being defended by another org, and they were both founded by the same radical hippy... and that the guy we are starting to tie obama to thought he was too far to the right

The last time Democrats told us character didn't matter in a Presidential election, their guy ended up getting impeached for lying during his sexual harrassment trial.

I say ignore Obama's friends at your own peril.

You know, every time I see something new that someone has discovered about Obama that under normal circumstances and would ruin the candidacy of anyone - especially a conservative, I get excited for a few seconds and then reality sets in.  The MSM does not care.  The guy is like a teflon skillet. 

He could be caught on live video molesting a child and the MSM would ignore it or find some way to justify it.

It's very frustrating but more importantly, it's scary.
