ah, but the consitution is a "living document". it can be deconstructed to mean whatever suits us at a given moment.

On my lunch break, I heard Rush refer to Obama as "that little Socialist squirrel". I think I might start using that myself.

Because that would imply that he was actually trying to win, I'm quite certain he's bound and determined to do just the opposite.

Well he's got the media in his hip pocket and anyone who dares criticize ANYTHING he does or says is immediately shouted down as a racist.

I'd feel confident too if I'd intimidated people into silence that way.
