it depends on the the type of goth.

Generally, black or blood red hair.
Lots of bone white foundation with black mascara and eyeliner, eye shadow in a slightly lighter of gray to brown.
Black lipstick, although I've seen blood red work if you're a vampyric goth and the same white foundation base otherwise.

Black toe-and-fingernail polish.

Cruelty-free pleather, vinyl, latex, lace (all in black or rarely hints of white.), or small amounts of silky rayon in bright color to emphasize the paleness of the wearer. Two items I've seen work to great success were a pleather butcher's-style apron and a soiled, torn white wedding dress. The conscientious goth-porn star is always cruelty-free. (Well...kinda. Some sorts of play kinda go with the scene.)

Also, this goes without saying but no make-up on the working parts.

(You have no idea how hard this was to write and keep clean.)
