"Our opponent ... is someone who sees America, it seems, as being so imperfect, imperfect enough, that he's palling around with terrorists who would target their own country." She also said, "This is not a man who sees America as you see America and as I see America."

Speaking to Fox News on Friday, Sarah Palin indicated for the first time that she does not consider Barack Obama qualified to be commander in chief and sharply criticized him for saying last year that U.S. troops in Afghanistan are “just air raiding villages and killing civilians.â€
Calling Obama “reckless,†Palin said that where she comes from Obama’s remarks “disqualify someone from consideration for the next commander-in-chief.â€
“Some of his comments that he’s made about the war, that I think, in my world disqualify someone from consideration for the next commander-in-chief,†said Palin. “Some of the comments he’s made about Afghanistan, what we are doing there, ‘just air raiding villages and killing civilians.’ That’s reckless.â€

I LOVE how AP waits until the SECOND FREAKING PARAGRAPH to act as the Messiah Apologist:
Palin's reference was to Bill Ayers, one of the founders of the group the Weather Underground. Its members took credit for bombings, including nonfatal explosions at the Pentagon and U.S. Capitol, during the Vietnam War era. Obama, who was a child when the group was active, served on a charity board with Ayers several years ago and has denounced his radical views and activities.
Their relationship was just a TAD more involved if the APes cared to do a little reporting.
Holy Hell...

I agree and she is exactly the person who will say what McCain doesn't dare say. It's called courage. I can relate to Palin, I know what people like her are all about. I think we are looking at the next Maggie Thatcher albeit with a folksy demeanor.

Schade, I think you're my twin in your way of thinking. :-) She's got more guts than most of those weasle politicians. Plus she looks killer in those heels. When we saw her (part of the crowd of 10,000), she looked like she had a good relationship with her hubby. You could tell with the body language.
I think Ronald Reagan would have loved her and strongly approved of Sarah.

SR bought a SaraCuda button from one of the button vendors outside the arena where she went after the debate at Wash U. I'm mad at myself for not getting one of those lipstick buttons.

Palin and McCain need to swap spots on the Repub ticket.

* My fellow citizens, the American presidency is not supposed to be a journey of “personal discovery.†This world of threats and dangers is not just a community, and it doesn’t just need an organizer."
* Before I became governor of the great state of Alaska, I was mayor of my hometown.
And since our opponents in this presidential election seem to look down on that experience, let me explain to them what the job involves. I guess a small-town mayor is sort of like a “community organizer,†except that you have actual responsibilities."

McC's so called "good cop" routine could very well lose the election for him. He took a big hit when he agreed to that $750 billion socialism bill IMO.
Many of us conservatives don't want a "good cop". We want a conservative President that will REPRESENT our views.

Ouch, the heckler's balls must have shriveled to nuttn.

I love her because she is participating in this campaign like she has absolutely nothing to lose, yk? She can say what she wants to say and she's going to get slammed by the MSM or she can say what they program her to say and she will get slammed by the MSM. So, why not let it all hang out there? I really admire her and hope she gets into office so she can show that she has the balls to get the job done. The only person I could think of that is better for the job would be Schadenfreude!!! MWAH.

“This is not a man who sees America as you see it and how I see America. We see America as the greatest force for good in this world. If we can be that beacon of light and hope for others who seek freedom and democracy and can live in a country that would allow intolerance in the equal rights that again our military men and women fight for and die for for all of us. Our opponent though, is someone who sees America it seems as being so imperfect that he’s palling around with terrorists who would target their own country?â€
