Dale Gilbert is charged with nine counts of possession of child pornography.  Ada County Deputy Prosecutor Shelley Armstrong said Gilbert was arrested after another patron at the Extended Stay Hotel on Vista discovered the pornography over the hotel’s wi-fi network.

"They're actual movies depicting the rapes of children from the age of infant until probably 11 or 12 years of age," she said.

I wish I hadn't read that.  I really wish the journalists wouldn't be so graphic in their articles. :bawl:  I want to kill someone.

Uh, dude?  When you use a hotel's Wi-Fi service, you also accept their terms of service, which also means that they have the means and ability to trace EVERYTHING you've seen and EVERY website you've visited using their network.  It's called "covering their asses".
