Anyway, the newest member of the family is "Al", a 6 year old quarter horse.

Kewl! Horses are more expensive than kids though. But I would give anything to have one again. You'll have to post pics!

One of my buddies is a farrier here in "The People's Republic" and he gets 85.00-100.00 for a cold shoeing and 65.00 for a trim.
