Every single time one of the Dem are on the news discussing this bailout issue they always place the blame squarely on the republicans' shoulders. They blame republican policies and lack of regulations and oversight.
Why can't any of the alleged "journalists" mention:
1. The Dems have been in control of congress for the last two years.
2. The Republicans tried to prevent the situation as late is 2006 and were shot down.
3. The Dems have been pocketing a fortune from Freddie and Fannie.

Steny Hoyer was already on Fox and Friends this morning trying to spin just that, and even tried to take it one step further by trying to blame the failure to pass a bill this week on John McCain DIRECTLY.
They have no shame. That's all you need to know.

Its just so transparent. Another case where the Dems hope that nobody pins together the illogical soundbytes.
Are Republicans deregulators ? - Yes.
Now here is the illogical part. The left has characterized conservatives as money-grubbing, greedy, nasty folks who are totally unconcerned about low income peons. Id like the Dems to explain WHY rethugglikkans would lend to folks who based on credit history are quite unlikely to follow through ?
Why would the money party throw cash away ?
According to Dem logic, Evil Bushites should only care about themselves, and should do everything in their power to keep ther underclasses living in squalor.
The ONLY reason that this would change is if some bleeding-heart liberals guaranteed return on investment. In a deregulated environment this is possible, but comeon... What rock-ribbed conservative would build a business that is guaranteed to fail and take everyone with it ?
Blaming conservatives is like blaming Winchester for making the weapon you just used to shoot yourself in the foot with.
