A reader noticed something interesting while exploring Barack Obama’s voter registration website, Vote for Change. If you answer “no” to a question about U.S. citizenship, you get this screen:

Says reader Chad: “I just thought it was interesting that the Obama campaign thought that it was ‘unfortunate’ that only US citizens could vote for him in our election. Maybe if he gets in he will rectify that wrong as well.”

Click the link for the unbelievable screenshot.

ya know....... if we were like the lunielibs, we'd start a rumor campaign saying Obama is going to push to allow non-US Citizens to vote in our elections to allow the world to have more say so in our politics.  :evillaugh:

though there'd be a bunch of idiots who would think that was a good idea

The ought to just slip this in for more clarity instead:

"Unfortunaly, this damned thing called the 'U.S. Constitution' prevents 'world citizens' from voting for another 'world citizen' in a national election at the present time."

There have already been ballot initiatives at least twice that I know of to let illegals vote in certain California elections. They say it is just for school board elections because their kids are in our schools. But if that were to pass does anyone really believe they wouldnt push for voting across the board in no time? The two cities were San Francisco (what a shocker, NOT!) and San Bernardino.

Pelosi would be all for it for sure.  It kills me that so many people just don't get the difference between illegal and immigrant.   I try to say illegal alien simply to point out the difference.  Had an argument just the other day because some ignoramus decided that because of my stance on illegal aliens I was against immigration.   :thatsright:    :loser:

What I can never understand is how a legal descriptor such as 'illegal alien' becomes a racial epitaph. I have to believe that it is mostly intellectual laziness and knee jerk liberalism that prompts people to say such stupid things.

it is liberal's own stereotypes about people that cause them to attack these types of statements as racist... they think all illegals are hispanic and most hispanics are illegals, so to them a reference to illegal alien is automatically a racist remark.  also, by making complaints about illegals equivalent to racism, they keep a portion of their constituency happy by letting them stay on welfare, because there's no jobs available.  this BS about "jobs americans won't do" is just that... if you had to work to live, you'd pick lettuce if there was nothing else...
