 That is not really what he said. Rather said that Mayor Giuliani claimed the recorder was found. According to the 9/11 commission report, no boxes were found at ground zero.

Weren't the titanium engines about the only parts of the planes to survive being shredded and crushed into tiny pieces and/or burned/melted?
