Apparently his little run-in with that Christian graphic artist didn't teach him anything. So I contacted Alaska Magazine's editor in chief. Here's the reply I got:

I am afraid there may be a problem with "Parody" as a 1st Amendment Issue, but I am sure there are parameters to delineate what is and isn't parody.

I don't know. The artwork he stole from the Christian artist most certainly was not protected by "parody." Bobby was just too lazy to create his own images.
I'm sure Alaska Magazine's legal department will hash it out. If the image gets pulled, we'll know the outcome.
