Good, bash the MSM. Might as well start with the snobby liberal NYT staff:
Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.) and his aides have gone public with a series of grievances against the Gray Lady.
Steve Schmidt, a McCain campaign senior adviser, declared on a conference call with reporters Monday that The New York Times “is not a journalistic organization.â€
“Whatever The New York Times once was, it is today not by any standard a journalistic organization,†Schmidt said. “It is a pro-Obama advocacy organization that every day impugns the McCain campaign, attacks Senator McCain, attacks Governor [Sarah] Palin. It excuse Senator Obama. …
“Everything that is read in The New York Times that attacks this campaign should be evaluated by the American people from that perspective — that it is an organization that has made a decision to deemphasize its journalistic integrity and tradition, to advocate for the defeat of one candidate — in this case, John McCain — and to advocate for the election of the other candidate, Barack Obama.â€

McCain said the other day he was tired of Barack Hussein Obama's tactics and would now fight back. It's nice to see he doesn't consider the MSM his friends anymore.

Good! The Gray Lady has been sinking for a while now. I hope they realize that carrying Obama's water may speed the closing of their doors.
-
The NYT has become an arm of the Obama campaign. they don't even bother with making a pretense of even handedness when it comes to this election.*
*well, many things, actually, but this election is one of them.

The NYT responds to the mccain campaign characterization . . . . and they couldn't possible be more full of crap.
"The New York Times is committed to covering the candidates fully, fairly and aggressively. It's our job to ask hard questions, fact-check their statements and their advertising, examine their programs, positions, biographies and advisors. Candidates and their campaign operatives are not always comfortable with that level of scrutiny, but it's what our readers expect and deserve."

I especially liked . . .
It's our job to ask hard questions, fact-check their statements and their advertising, examine their programs, positions, biographies and advisors.
:whatever:
-
It's our job to ask hard questions, fact-check ... their advertising
Like they did with Move On's "Betray-Us" ad...?
Well done, NYT... You've been moving left and losing market share, and I don't think it's coincidental.
-
They've been losing it for decades now...but it's time it sinks for good.

I've been saying this for years. Years ago when the RNC had good people running it, and the last good person I remember was Ed Gillespie, I wrote one of them and told them they should ban the NY Times in the offices, or at least down grade it to below the World News Weekly, which is now, sadly, defunct but that one ran rings around the NY Times.
