Do you remember the good old days when you could call customer service and a human being in America would answer the phone?
Now it seems you call customer service an listen to a recording telling yuo whay button to push and have to jump through several hoops to speak to some one only to get some one in india who you can't understand. It's really frustrating!      :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh: :argh:
