While White People Are NOT a Minority in the USA,
They only make up about 55-6% of the population nationwide, though. In some states, they are a distinct minority, though. For Christian Nationalists, that is beyond frightening, so they're desperate to avoid a US non-white majority. They're panicked, to put it mildly.
And that's at the core of much of what is going on in the MAGA world. They want to Make America White Again, really: MAWA. They don't say that, exactly, but that's exactly their goal.
They will not succeed in achieving that goal, however. The die is cast. Before long, what they fear will become reality. It's inevitable. See this link to learn more about the distribution of white majorities in US states. Compare those states with the states that are considered to be Red. You'll see the connection.
The push toward eliminating birthright citizenship is about this and only about this.

Rockhead knows that it isn't about race, but about cultural turmoil vs cultural peace, about representative apportionment, and about not turning America into a third world shit hole with predominantly third world values.

In the United States, I think it's primarily whites who hold far-left views, so this may not work out the way DU thinks it will.

Correct if I'm wrong, but the institutions of power can still be structured in a way as to oppress a group even though that group may have demographic majority status, i.e. Apartheid.

In what perpendicular, Laws-of-Physics-Violating, universe is this happening? The senior pastor of my bogey-Evangelical church is Korean. Among the staff pastors are another Korean, 2 Indians, an Iranian, and an Assyrian. On any given Sunday, the 8-person worship team, which varies every week, will have 3 or 4 non-whites. On any given Sunday, a significant % of attendees are Asians (east and south), Hispanics, blacks, Pacific Islanders … i.e. non-whites, who sit wherever they choose, front to back (I should not have to say that, but just in case a DU onlurker reads this …).
Varying in detail, the above is true of any medium-to-large Evangelical church here in Silicon Valley. I suppose things might be different in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, but I think it more likely that Wacky-Wocky has avoided attending and learning about Evangelical Christians and churches in order to preserve his Prog-stereotypes and Prog-narratives from encountering reality.
