I can't believe what I just heard on MS NOW
They showed a clip of Trump vilifying Platner, saying he's the most corrupt person ever to run for office. My head absolutely exploded. This orange idiot who has been convicted of thirty-four felonies and sexual assault and is in the Epstein files said Platner is the most corrupt person ever to run for office.
My god, words fail me.

and is in the Epstein files
Do you care to name the hundreds of Democrats who are named in the Epstein files? Just because a person was an acquaintance of the pedophile creep Epstein for a brief period of time doesn't imply guilt by association.

This orange idiot who has been convicted of thirty-four felonies...
Some legal finagling went into getting those 34 felony convictions. Once you get into the details of what the 34 felonies were (they all were part of one scheme), suddenly 34 felonies doesn't sound so impressive anymore.

Democrats and the media (yeah, repeating myself) pound that "34 felonies" crap at their gullible audiences who are too stupid to realize that one of a couple of charges were bundled and repeated to create the total of 34. The left relies on stupid people to believe their sh*t.

I can't believe what I just heard on MS NOW
They showed a clip of Trump vilifying Platner, saying he's the most corrupt person ever to run for office. 1. My head absolutely exploded. This orange idiot who has been convicted of thirty-four felonies 2. and sexual assault 3. and is in the Epstein files 4. said Platner is the most corrupt person ever to run for office.
1. OMG! MesS NOW did not lie about something Trump said? Is that allowed? With allowance for hyperbole, what Trump said is true.
2. Those "34 felonies" were based on a single action by Trump's lawyer, used Federal laws to evade the statute of limitations expiration of a State of New York law, overseen by a judge who had violated NY judicial ethics by donating (a nominal amount) to a political group, an anti-Trump political group, who made prejudicial rulings. Trump's trumped up conviction was appealed, and the State of New York appeals court has SAT on the appeal (probably won't act on it until February 2029 at the earliest).
3. In the real world, Trump was not tried criminally for sexual assault. So the word "convicted" is stupidly false. What did happen is the female sued in civil court, where the burden of proof is 50% + .0000001% (minor hyperbole) more likely than not. Further, the judge, who had wrongly excluded evidence that the accuser had committed perjury, expressed his personal opinion, not part of the judgment, that despite the female not even "remembering" the year (precluding a "I was not in NYC" defense by Trump), Trump had sexually assaulted her.
4. Tens of thousands of people are named in the "Epstein Files". Some for direct business purposes, some for maintenance at his homes, some regarding social events, some expressing opinions of individuals to third parties ... . So of the claimed # thousand "mentions, how many were:
* Solicitations for Trump to participate in some financial transaction or investment;
* Schmoozing Trump for financial advice on some financial action;
* Invitations to public charity or social events;
* Pictures of/with Trump at some public charity or social event;
* Notes or emails to Trump, "Good to see you at ______'s party;"
* Notes or emails to business or social prospects name-dropping Trump, "I spoke to Donald, and Trump said ...;"
* Notes or emails to various people expressing his opinion of Trump or, after being kicked out of MaL in 2004 and his criminal conviction (2010?), how much he HATED Trump?
As Congress moron-Critter Ro Khanna accidentally and very unintentionally proved, many persons who barely knew - or didn't at all - Epstein and did not partake of Epstein's perversions are mentioned in the "Epstein Files". Tjat Trump was mentioned very often just means Epstein schmoozed Trump in business and socially, and when cut off was vociferous in his Trump-Hatred.

I'll go to my grave saying that, even in mentally challenged blue NY, if the jury didn't know that the defendant was OrangeManBad they would have come back with a not guilty verdict.

Some of us can't believe what comes out of MS Now either.

Unless a story has been corroborated by Reporting San Diego I take it with a grain of salt. :lmao:

There you go bringing in facts and details. You know Dummies don't care for any of that.

But Grim, stop by if you ever have an original thought.

lol. If you're talking about who I think you're talking about, I don't think the star reporter and knower of all is working there anymore so I'm sure that the quality has dropped substantially.
She was on Facebook, but apparently someone in Facebooklandia didn't bow down properly to her vast knowledge and intellect so she's supposedly left there a few months back with... "Ok, I am done with Facebook. You want to limit my ability to participate every ten minutes,and yes AI can tell my politics. Well, forget about my data. Logging off,like I did over a year ago from twitter. Enjoy the sewer you are creating mark. After you met with Epstein…after he was convicted, you showed who you are, part of the Thiel tech bro network"

I heard the story was only true if peanut butter was deployed.

I came into this thread expecting to see a DUer complaining that they'd heard a dissenting opinion on MS Now, or something like that.

I have inside information that there is an opening at 60 minutes, Nadine would fit right in. :rotf:

:rotf: She ought to grab the good rig, pack some peanut butter in her boots, and waddle right up there. She'd have them straightened out in less than 60 minutes.

Democrats wrongly believed that rigging the legal and judicial systems to get Trump convicted of 34 times 1 felony would keep him from ever being president again. It backfired spectacularly as he won both the EC and popular vote.
