At the local BJ’s.

BJ’s is your New England, Costco like store.

Went in to do some shopping, came out and line was gone and the pumps shut down. They ran out of gas.

Maybe she's suggesting that oil is in short supply in the US? Sounds to me more like store manglement at her "local BJ’s" screwed up their inventory control. ASSuming, of course, that this actually happened, always dubious with any DU- :bouncy: .
