Title: When I first heard the name "Operation Epic Fury," I laughed.

When I first heard the name "Operation Epic Fury," I laughed.

I thought it was a bit of over-the-top satire. It sounded like some comedian doing a caricature of of what a "tough guy" President would want to name something... or perhaps the rejected title of a direct-to-DVD Steven Seagal movie.

Good grief, the line between parody and the Pentagon has officially vanished. My initial eye-rolling amusement turned into disgust pretty fast. We’ve reached the point where reality is parodying itself.

Heaven help us all.

If this was Harris or Obama you would be cheering...

Somehow, I think the Iranian Mullahcrats "enjoying" their 36 Helen Thomases know that "Operation Epic Fury" was and is not over-the-top satire from a comedian doing a caricature of ... a "tough guy". Iran's wet-docked navy, SAM forces, and missile/drone forces probably also know this.

Weirdly, the beheading of the Mullahcratic snake may be so far down the spine that Iran may not have national-level officials capable of negotiating something to bring the attack to a close.

Gee I never thought that going to war was some kind of comedy no matter how much Hollywood makes you think otherwise. The Department of Defense(War) had always had a history of naming military operations in some weird way going back decades and this one time that DUmbass thinks it's funny.

Using the common word picture, I've read that the Pentagon has two huge bowls of word salad and a random word gets drawn from each bowl.

Should've been named Operation Goodbye Ali.

We reached that point long ago with your party.

As for the military operations, while the word 'epic' has taken on a bit of an informal tone (like 'awesome'), this operation, as well as the Maduro capture before it, shows that our military's capabilities are no joke.
