The East Wing was never a part of the White House. What Trump had torn down was an office annex built by FDR after FDR tore down the structure TR built in 1901 on empty ground.

But that was described as 'mostly peaceful'.

That's the mentality of your typical DU'er. A bunch of 60-, 70- and 80-year-old adults who debate at the level of a 5-year-old. Maybe I'll teach him the word "Nazi" and see if he calls his mother a Nazi when she tells him it's time to take a bath. I saw a complete idiot on facebook post essentially the same as the above. Naturally, I was curious about any evidence. In my mind, wishing it to be true doesn't really count as evidence. After much searching, the closest that I could find was some woman who claimed that Trump raped her when she was (I think) 13 years old; however, on top of no actual evidence being found to support her claims, (if I read the story correctly) mental health professionals who examined her determined that she was crackers and could not be believed.
My thought is that if just saying something makes it so, maybe more things need to be said about the DemonRat overlords. Granted, their mindless minions won't believe any of that even with a mountain of evidence.
