malaise (294,005 posts)
One of my BILs told me that his neighbor
told him on Sunday that his wife demanded that they cancel FOX News or she was leaving. Their coverage of Minnesota was her last straw.
The dam is breaking.

Why didn't she just hide the remote? ::)
Because it's already been done and DUmp'Rats prefer to be unique and original and ...and ...and
Good question, actually. :-)

Someone she doesn't know, in a place she isn't, told someone she's not related to that yet another person would prefer that the television channel be changed.
Well, I'm sold. This is the clearest indication yet that the Second Civil War has begun. I had my suspicions: my neighbor's yard guy told my pool guy that his second cousin was standing behind someone in a Staten Island bodega who said aloud, "Trump is not a good person," and that alone made me run out to replenish my .45 ACP ammo, and along with that I laid in about 6 months worth of MREs. But THIS from Malaise, who's in a country only a few hundred miles from one of the extreme points of the US? Geez. Sack up, folks. It's ON.

Fox News is carried by cable/satellite/Internet in Jamaica?
Hopefully the BIL fully realizes and feels his and his wife's impotence. :loser:

Did you read what she said???? Someone wants the channel changed! Damn it, man: PRESERVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY. Buy nonperishables and store water. The reckoning has arrived!

how do you cancel a specific channel on a programming package that you pay for?
And if the BIL's neighbor's wife wins and they do actually cancel FOX, how will this affect Trump's re-election bid in 2028?
-
BTW, I'm 99.999% sure that unless they are paying for Fox News individually as a "premium channel", they cannot simply cancel Fox News alone. And if Fox News is part of their "basic" package ...
IOW, either BIL's neighbor's wife's dog's cat's rat is ignorant, or this is drunken :bouncy:-fiction from mal. Or both, :-) .

“The dam is breaking”?
Because someone no longer wants to watch Fox News? :thatsright:

“The dam is breaking”?
Malaise was probably referring to her pants.
