I always found it strange that DU doesn't list the current members online, or similar data.  I think they just want their members to think that they are a HUGH website. :-)

I always ascribed it to my fellow alum Skins' paranoia, and his "need" to "control" things by controlling the flow and volume of information.

It's really stupid to be that way.

You are probably correct - the option to view the users online has been disabled.
