A couple of weeks ago, I was drinking coffee at the table in the kitchen while reading something on FoxNews. I can’t remember specifically what the article was about, but it was something that was a plus to our side and a negative to the left. It painted the left even worse than normal so I found myself wondering if it was true. Then, I got to thinking about how nice it would be if the outfits painting themselves as “news” were actually reliably unbiased and simply reported what was going on without trying to “massage” things to give a right or left slant. Is there any website, organization, or whatever around that meets that criteria? Granted, I realize that it's difficult to keep bias completely out of things, but I'm just looking for a place that at least appears to make the attempt.

I have several Go-To news/opinion sites I check several times a day - Hot Air, Power Line, PJMedia, Bongino Report, SRNNews, and Just the News - but I still am cautious, knowing that I and they have a confirmation bias and they have (necessarily) incomplete information.

I think a step in the right direction would be for a news source to stop trying to be first and focus on being correct. Then just report both sides and let their consumer make their own opinion on what they heard. Leave a little off the table and people will search for the crumbs to help their decision.
