There are 2 big stories I keep waiting to see something about on DU and so far it has been crickets. If any of you see a mention of these stories can you bring a link over?
1.) The 315,000 votes that were illegally counted in GA.
2.) These fraud claims that are popping up all over MN and it looks like it's moving into OH now.
I haven't seen anything on either of those stories. I'm guessing they haven't gotten their spin/talking points yet, on how to talk to the "little people" about it, and explain how both of those are actually good things.

Viral video alleging day care fraud in Minnesota draws FBI response
A viral video allegedly showing abandoned day cares in Minnesota drew the attention of the FBI and Vice President JD Vance, the latest in a wave of scrutiny on the state amid an ongoing fraud investigation targeting social services.
The video by online conservative influencer Nick Shirley shows him visiting multiple day care centers in Minnesota that appear to be abandoned despite being licensed to serve dozens of children and receiving public funds.
Since being posted on Dec. 26, Shirley's 42-minute long video has racked up over 100 million views on X. Vance applauded the video, writing on social media, "This dude has done far more useful journalism than any of the winners of the 2024 @pulitzercenter prizes."
On Dec. 28, FBI Director Kash Patel weighed in, saying the bureau is "aware of recent social media reports in Minnesota," adding that the FBI has already "surged" investigative resources to the state to probe the alleged fraud.

If there's fraud going on it should be dealt with. If you think this will distract from folks who will soon see their health insurance rates go up you have your head up your ass.
I'm going to pile them up in here as I find them. If you find one, just post it in here.

I'm guessing the DUmmies are for the fraud in MN?

As happened in England, calling out crimes by minorities risk being canned a racist. There, hundreds of girls got raped or groomed and abused. In MN, OH, and ME (and possibly WA?), it was "just" 10s of billions in fraud.
The thread, at the moment, has just 2 Replies. Here's one with what I expected:

1. Exactly, instead of dealing with the fraud they want to attack people for their race, religion, etc

But we know right wingers only get upset if certain people are committing fraud or other crimes. They puck their own to be President .
I guess dealing with massive multi-state fraud with arrests and calling out the grossly obvious ethnic pattern is somehow racism. Do DU-folk really believe that were the fraudsters Finnish instead of Somalis Trump's FBI would ignore a grossly obvious pattern?
BTW, pointing out the grossly obvious pattern is different from saying, "All Somalis are ______."

I'd offer another possible explanation, which is that the left is so self-righteous that they aren't going to bother addressing these stories. It's their way of saying "Yeah? What are you going to do about it?".

These new videos coming out by that young guy who is an independent journalist, are really starting to stir the pot. They are getting big air and it's going to be hard for them to turn a blind eye to. Tim Walz is in deep with this one. Interestingly enough, while all this has gone on under his watch, AND whistle blowers warned him of it ... he evidently didn't take any money for himself, or he's done a very good job of hiding it.

The job of the MSM is to cover the important stories.

Your mistake was not donating millions of dollars to the trump campaign and greasing the right palms in the administration.
They don’t care about law and order as long as they get their cut
Just posted and I'm saving it to watch.

After a day, 3 Replies to YoMama's thread, and none so far (after 3 or 4 hours) to Water Boy's thread.
Dummies minimize discussion of crime committed by the "wrong" (by their politics) sort of perps.

Close, closer than can be expected of a DUmmy. But still not quite right:
Walz: “This is what happens when they scapegoat and this is what they happens when they no longer hide the idea of white supremacy…”
Walz is, instead of dealing with the fraud, playing the race card against those who uncovered it, and those who are rightfully outraged about it.

I couldn't find any others than what you all found. It's hilarious. The WHOLE WORLD is talking about something, but they stay silent. It makes them look like ignorant fools.

There's a REASON they look that way... :devious:

When what you want to be true about perpetrators of crimes is contradicted by what many criminals actually are, it forces a choice between acknowledging reality and going full-Sergeant-Schultz. DU-folk are doing the latter.

Then, according to Walz, “white supremacy” is not allowing the perpetrators to get away with these crimes? :o :banghead: :mental:

I haven't seen anything even close to talking about the voter fraud in GA. 315,000 is a hell of a lot of fraudulent votes! When Joe Biden won by less than 12,000 ...
I have seen that story multiple times on Instagram and LinkedIn, but nary a peep from the DUmmies.

Minnesota and Ohio are just the tip of the iceberg.
The amount of fraud uncovered (in terms of both dollars and people invovled) just keeps increasing with each passing day.
So it goes with Democrats. You set the bar low, and they think it's a game of limbo.

The vote fraud in Georgia, as I understand it, is that the 300K+ votes were accepted without being properly certified. It is as literally possible that they were 100% valid votes as that they were 100% fakes. At 5 years' remove, it's probably impossible to know, though Fulton Country's resistance to investigation is very suggestive that there was substantial fraud.

That's what I've been reading as well. Not to mention they have 140~ tabulation tapes that are missing completely.

The next time the left wants to complain that democracy is being detstroyed, tell them that election security and transparency are what make demcoratic elections possible.

And here we have a real and actual, genuine "Fleecing of America", and the msm remains mostly silent, along with pretty much ALL of skins former islands inhabitants.

IMHO, what is dangerous about this is the MSM. Some of the DU'ers are just refusing to acknowledge these stories. But, a bunch of them have never heard of these stories. if the story doesn't fit, and can't be easily defended it just disappears. that's journalism folks.
I hope the media darlings who censor our news get what they deserve. They have been screaming nazi, white supremist, racist, bla, bla bla, at Republicans in general and Trump in particular every damn day! No need for them to pretend they are innocents. That's bullshit. They're a vital part of what got Charlie Kirk killed. And, they deserve equal blame for the attempts on Trump. They've been inciting the LW freaks to violence. And, it's by design. Keep saying it and eventually crazies act on it. OWN IT, YOU MAHATTEN MORONS!

As someone who got so far up the Enlisted chain of command, I would have thought that Tampon Timmy would have learned that as part of being a leader that you are the one ultimately responsible for the actions of those under your command and that you had better learn to take responsibility for what they do?

You know the dems have stepped in it when they can't get their excuses straight.
"It's debunked!"
"Well, it was only a few million billion dollars in fraud."
"Well, Walz didn't know."
And of course...
"Well, it's nothing compared to the amount of felonious orange man badness in the White House!"

It’s Time to Rename the Media - American Stasi (https://hotair.com/mark-judge/2026/01/02/its-time-to-rename-the-media-n3810421)
“You don’t hate the media enough.”
It’s a line you often hear when people are describing the media. In an attempt to encourage readers to appreciate how horrible the press is, conservatives use it again and again: “You don’t hate the media enough. You think you do, but you don’t.”
I have long advocated calling the media the American Stasi - or even just the Stasi. It’s the name of the German communist secret police that terrorized the country from 1945 to the fall of the Berlin Wall. The Stasi was an evil force. It was also one that included many journalists, artists, and writers.
In theology and popular culture, there has always been an emphasis put on dealing with something evil, of gaining control over it, only by calling that thing by its right name. Horror movies from The Exorcist to The Conjuring rely upon the good guys finding out the real name of the demons they are battling. In The Pope's Exorcist, a priest played by Russell Crowe is trying to exorcise a child possessed by a demon but is failing. Why? Because he doesn't know the demon's name.
Every time we call the American Stasi “journalists,” we are losing ground, effectively playing on their turf. These are the people who implied that President Trump brought on his own assignation attempt, have tried to destroy Nick Shirley, and who accused Brett Kavanaugh of gang rape. They want to hurt you, to ruin your life, to destroy your relationships, and drive you mad. These are not “journalists.”

Yes, and this is also the reason I won't refer to the left as "liberals" or "progressives", becasue they have bastardized those terms to mean something they shouldn't.
