The case has not been decided and I'm not suggesting a likely outcome, but how will kairos12 cope if Trump wins this case?

This is what happens when you build your whole political identity around being reflexively anti-Trump.

COSTCO, at least as I understand it, is demanding they be reimbursed for tariffs, but customers who paid higher prices will not reap any benefit from this action should COSTCO win. Yeah, real praise-worthy behavior from COSTCO. ::)

Costco's lawsuit relies on Trump's tariffs being struck down in the case the USSC will decide. IOW, if the USSC decides Trump acted within his Constitutional and legal authority, Costco's lawsuit is mooted, in Trump's favor.
