Not Acceptable
In my opinion, the Democratic Party needs to be the Party of "moral clarity".
It is obvious that Donald Trump can say or do anything and Republicans will try to blame someone else or say that he didn't say what everyone heard him say. They live in a world of moral confusion.
Trump has proved himself to be a stochastic terrorist. He incited people to act in a violent way on January 6, 2021, when a violent mob ransacked our Capitol. He did it early in his first term when one of his supporters drove 600 miles to El Paso so he could kill Mexicans.
He has said many violent things in the last ten years. Even at this moment, a few Democrats in the House and Senate are requiring extra security because of the increased threats against them, caused by the violent remarks made by Donald J Trump.
We can no longer accept his threats and violent language. It must be called out. He does not have a license to threaten the lives of anybody, especially our elected officials or citizens of this country.
He has been cut too much slack by everyone, including the media. He must be criticized severely for his lawless words and actions, at least until he is accountable to the law.

In my opinion, the Democratic Party needs to be the Party of "moral clarity".
The Democrats who have any moral clarity have "walked away", or are doing so now.
If the party had nay moral clarity, they wouldn't have tried to extort Republicans with their shutdown antics.
They would have recognized that their response to Charlie Kirk's murder was all kinds of ****ed up.
They would recognize socialism and communism as a blight on human history. Certainly, they wouldn't make it their apparent default way of thinking.
They wouldn't cry "Life over property!" when the innocent defend themselves against criminal aggressors. A little moral clarity would show that it is the aggressor who would kill in order to steal who values property above life. Ditto "duty to retreat laws" that require the innocent to retreat before they can defend themselves.
If they had any moral clarity, they wouldn't be Democrats.
