A very good friend couldn't stand listening to Joe Rogan or News Max anymore. After a long marriage, it is over.

I’m confused. Did OS’s friend kick out, stop listening to, Rogan and Newsmax? Or did she kick out (and start divorce proceedings?) her husband for listening to Rogan and Newsmax? As stupid as the latter would be, a DU-grade Prog would do that and call themselves overly patient.

...she started watching fox news. After watching it with her one night, I told her don't ever watch this channel again. She asked why and I explained how they using half truths, innuendo, etc.
Now she is so anti-maga I have tell her she needs to calm down, the orange anus is not worth getting worked up over. Because that's what he wants.
Well now ...
And not a single DUmmie calling him out for putting his 'little woman' in her place.

Maybe it's just me, but the way it's written, it sounds like Steve is claiming that his made up friend is married to Joe Rogan and NewsMax.

His wording is equivocal.
Personally, I would not want NewsMax or MesSNBC on in my home continually. Our fare includes Jeopardy!, several cooking-competition shows, and, recently, the British show "The Supervet". The latter follows selected surgeries (diagnoses through recovery processes) by orthopedic veterinarian Noel Fitzpatrick, who is part orthopedic surgeon and part mechanical engineer (he grew up on a farm, no surprise, in either respect).

My last girlfriend was a Democrat and she was worried that we wouldn't get along when we first started dating. I told her I loved her and I am not interested in talking politics or trying to change your mind. We had four good years together until she passed away after heart surgery back in 2017. Why anyone would put politics ahead of your relationship is beyond me..

She did the guy a favor. If you put politics above friends and family you're not the type of person I'd want around me. The ex-husband will be much better off without her in his life,

There is some irony in him telling her to calm down. A lot of "news" surrounding Trump is nothing but an attempt to provoke anger from the anti-Trump crowd.

As demonstrated by abortion being a sacrament to Progs and contrary to their humanitarian posturing, Progs put a low value on life, and therefore on relationships.
I see it as they are among the most selfish and self-serving individuals among us. They only truly value their own lives. All other people and things are valued based on what the prog can gain from said people or objects. These are people who will abandon their own siblings and parents over political differences.
I'm telling you, it used to be a source of humor for me, watching them be in perpetual misery of their own creation, but ever since I witnessed their reaction the the assassination of Charlie Kirk, I see them as one of the darkest and most evil forces on the earth. These are not civilized humans, and I'll never see them the same again.

I never understood people who cheered for Charlie Kirk's assassination. It is evil and uncivilized.
