If it's notifying you after the arrests it's not going to be of much use.  But, if you can report seeing ICE on the ground before the arrests ... it's just an opportunity for a little misdirection.

I have it on good authority that on October 31st there will be a nation wide raid of almost every home by masked agents.  :-)
