I'm confused. I was told repeatedly that this wasn't happening.
state court ruling late last week ordering the Wisconsin Elections Commission to deal with its dirty voter rolls could have national implications in the election-integrity battle to ensure only U.S. citizens vote in U.S. elections.
Waukesha County Circuit Judge Michael Maxwell issued writ of mandamus requiring the state’s election regulator check Wisconsin’s voter registration list for noncitizens. The judge enjoined the Elections Commission and local elections offices from accepting voter registrations without first verifying the citizenship status of the applicant.

The order should not be necessary, since making sure registered voters are actually eligible is the State Election Regulator's job!

If someone could start a rumor that polls show that more and more illlegals, if given a chance, would vote GOP, the DemonRats would waste no time making sure that the rolls were clean of illegals.

The list of states' SecStates or other responsible officials who make any effort to clean voter rolls of people who have died, moved out of state or are ineligible is probably short. California would not be on that list, nor probably would have dating back to the 1980s, if even then.
