Pedro Picasso must be at work now, sitting at the table waiting for the lady with the cart filled with cardboard trays of inserts to be put into envelopes for political mass-mailings, and as she hasn't wheeled up to him yet, he's watching television at the far end of the gymnasium-sized room.
