***BREAKING*** TACO gets even more bad news on US economy
Analysts expect U.S. jobs figures to face further revisions this year, after downward adjustments to recent data angered President Donald Trump and led him to the fire the country's top employment statistician.
According to a note released by Goldman Sachs over the weekend, preliminary revision estimates set to be published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) in September will reveal a 550,000-950,000 downward revision for the 12-month period through March 2025.

2. Well, 12-month period back to March 2024 is Biden's era.
A revision of 50K to 80K per month over the last year? Is that in addition to the initial revisions?

I know DUmmies are not good at Math when it inconveniences what they want to be true, but do they realize that Trump was President for a little over 2 months of that "12-month period"? IOW, LIEden lied for almost 10 months, but NewSpeak headlined it as "Donald Trump gets even more bad news on US economy".
How many Post Reports did maxsolomon garner for pointing out the truth?

If BLS was trying to help President Biden, it is really trying to help President Trump. I think the more likely explanation is incompetence. We have never seen anything like the massive mis-estimates of recent months. Either the BLS has gotten terrible at its job, or it should delay its jobs estimates until they can be made more reliably. So, while Trump’s rationale for firing Dr. McEntarfer was flawed, it is no stretch to say that BLS needs new leadership.
The director of the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Erika McEntarfer, recently fired, was a LIEden appointee. The interesting thing in the graph above is that while most 2024 BLS numbers were overstated (the "final" numbers, probably, rather than the initial, even more overstated numbers) the May and June 2025 were insanely overstated. Incompetence? Overstatement designed to mislead Trump policy and later embarrass Trump? Incompetence is a sufficient explanation, but given the number of Hate-Trumpers and GP anti-Rs/conservatives embedded in the Federal bureaucracy, I'm inclined toward the mislead & embarrass explanation.
