These were the so-called "Brown Shirts" that assisted the Nazis in coming to power. They used violence and intimidation to gain control over the people.
In my opinion, they are very similar to the ICE agents now working for the Nazi in the White House. They use similar tactics and appear to be achieving similar results.
Just yesterday, they refused to let Congressmen, charged with oversight, into their facilities. They are operating in secret at the behest of Herr Leader.

The people in the photo dressed for battle need to be arrested for inciting a riot and whatever other charges they can come up with. They also need to be tear gassed, tasered, and beaten before they’re dragged into a cell and charged with federal crimes.
