An FBI agent assigned to then-special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign has made bombshell allegations charging that misconduct, political bias, and “overzealous thoughts” permeated the team — to the point of festooning the walls of their office with anti-Trump cartoons and drinking alcohol while on the job.
A “Let’s get him” attitude colored the two-year investigation into false claims that Trump and his advisers colluded with Russia to win the 2016 presidential election, the unidentified agent said.
The allegations were first made in December 2020, when the agent was interviewed as part of an internal FBI probe into alleged misconduct by then-supervisory intelligence analyst Brian Auten — a central figure in both the Russia collusion hoax and the Hunter Biden laptop cover-up.

* There was “no authority” for the Special Counsel’s Office to open a case on Tom Barrack, a billionaire friend of Trump’s and chairman of his 2017 inaugural committee, over false claims that he was an unregistered agent of the United Arab Emirates. ...
* The Mueller team chronically abused federal surveillance, or FISA, warrants that govern secret monitoring of suspected foreign agents to target Trump campaign advisers, even renewing them over the objections of FBI agents. * Mueller prosecutor Zainad Ahmad, a protege of former Barack Obama Attorney General Loretta Lynch, repeatedly violated security protocols: “For example, she brought classified documents to a meeting at WFO [Washington Field Office] without adherence to FBI security policy by bringing her classified notebook to the meeting without a proper carrying bag. What was worse, she came to WFO from her residence, meaning she kept her notebook at the residence.”
* Former FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe “referred to President Trump in a derogatory manner” in an official interview record — and DOJ prosecutors later tried to pressure FBI agent Michelle Taylor to “change the tone of the [document] to reflect that McCabe spoke about [Trump] without the negative connotation.” Taylor refused and left the FBI shortly after her secondment to the Mueller team ended, the agent said.

US intel hid Chinese 2020 election meddling from Trump because they opposed his policies, memo says
Analysts inside the U.S. intelligence community sought to conceal evidence of Chinese influence efforts from President Donald Trump during the 2020 election, with analysts saying they didn’t want their intel used by “that vulgarian in the Oval Office” to pursue policies toward China they personally disagreed with.
The revelation is found within a January 2021 report written by — and never before reported upon comments by — analytic ombudsman Barry Zulauf, who conducted a review of the spy community’s handling of Russian versus Chinese meddling efforts during the 2020 election. Among his conclusions was that intelligence analysts downplayed China’s actions because they had disdain for the “vulgarian” Trump and did not want to support the policies and priorities of the Trump administration toward China with which they “personally disagree.”
Just the News reported this week that the U.S. intelligence community has known since early 2020 that Beijing also gained access to American voter registration data and used that information to conduct opinion analysis related to the presidential election between Trump and then-former Vice President Joe Biden.

Former FBI Director James Comey has been subpoenaed in the wide-ranging "grand conspiracy" case against the ex-officials who investigated and prosecuted President Trump, two sources with knowledge of the situation tell Axios.
Why it matters: The investigation has produced more than 130 subpoenas since cranking up last year, the sources say, and targets top officials who worked under former presidents Obama and Biden.
The officials, including Comey, have all decried the investigation as political persecution and lawfare.
Zoom in: The Trump administration's grand conspiracy theory posits that Democratic officials bent the rules, broke the law and lied under oath to investigate, prosecute and otherwise undermine Trump from his election in 2016 through his federal indictments in 2023.
The Comey subpoena, issued last week, relates to his alleged role in the drafting of a January 2017 Intelligence Community Assessment (ICA) concerning Russia's election interference that favored Trump.
The assessment referenced the now-widely discredited Steele Dossier, whose inclusion "ran counter to fundamental tradecraft principles and ultimately undermined the credibility of a key judgment," according to a "Tradecraft Review" completed in June under Trump's current CIA director, John Ratcliffe.
Ratcliffe then referred Comey and former CIA director John Brennan for prosecution.

FBI Misled Court to Spy on Second Trump Campaign Advise
Carter Page wasn’t the only adviser from Trump’s first campaign wiretapped by the FBI. Walid Phares was electronically monitored for a 12-month period between 2017 and 2018, according to the Washington-based FBI agent who was assigned to investigate him as part of Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s Russia collusion probe.
As in Page’s case, the bureau withheld evidence exonerating Phares from the court to secure surveillance authorization, according to newly declassified FBI documents.
“I had no idea any of this was happening,” Phares told RealClearInvestigations in an exclusive interview Wednesday night. “This is shocking because they told my lawyer that I was only a ‘witness’ and that they just needed some information.”

Fishing expedition: Docs expose expansive FBI surveillance of Trump allies, possible illegality
Newly-disclosed records show that the FBI twice subpoenaed future Director Kash Patel's personal data while he was a private citizen in a probe that swept up hundreds of Trump allies, including then-future Chief of Staff Susie Wiles.
Newly released records in the Senate investigation into the weaponization of government raise questions about whether the FBI went on a fishing expedition targeting Trump advisors who were never charged with crimes and whether Special Counsel Jack Smith's prior testimony to Congress was truthful.
The documents were made public by Chairman Chuck Grassley, R-Iowa, before a Senate Judiciary Committee subcommittee hearing into alleged abuses by the Biden-era FBI and Justice Department in their investigations into then ex-president Donald Trump before and during the 2024 presidential election during its probe code-named "Arctic Frost." Just the News previously reported that Biden's FBI paid anti-Trump 'Sedition Hunters' as informants in the Arctic Frost probes.
"If Watergate taught us anything, it is that even a single abuse of power carried out by a handful of individuals can shake the foundations of our Republic," said Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Tex., Chairman of the Judiciary Committee's Subcommittee on Federal Courts, Oversight, Agency Action, and Federal Rights.
"What we confront today, the Biden administration's Arctic Frost scheme, is not a single act," he continued in his opening remarks. One of the central players was Giardina, a “very liberal” FBI agent who was fired from the bureau last year, according to new insights from a colleague who worked with him on the Mueller probe.
Giardina, who performed financial tasks in the special counsel office, was outspokenly biased against Trump, was convinced the lurid allegations in the discredited Steele dossier were true, and believed the president was a Russian agent, said his former colleague, who has been interviewed by the FBI.

The fact that Giardina harbored animosity toward Trump and his allies comes as no surprise to one of his victims, Navarro, a trade adviser to Trump in both presidencies.
Giardina arrested Navarro at Reagan Airport in Washington, DC, in 2022 as he was about to board a plane.
“He wouldn’t let me call a lawyer,” Navarro recalls bitterly, after spending four months in prison in 2024 for failing to comply with subpoenas from Nancy Pelosi’s January 6 star chamber.

Shortly before the 2016 presidential election, Peter Strzok, a key figure in the investigation, texted FBI lawyer Lisa Page to assure her "that there's no way [Trump] gets elected," adding that they "can't take that risk." He added that they had it all in hand because "It's like an insurance policy in the unlikely event you die before you're 40."
In fact, whether it was known to Strzok or not, there was an insurance policy in the works. In July 2016, then-CIA Director John Brennan briefed President Barack Obama on Hillary Clinton's alleged "plan" to tie then-candidate Donald Trump to Russia as "a means of distracting the public from her use of a private email server."
Brennan is believed to be a target of the current investigation, including possible perjury before Congress.
In reality, within days of that briefing on how Clinton would create this conspiracy theory, the investigation began, just as the Clinton campaign hoped it would.
Early on, the FBI was told by the CIA that its sources -- and the Steele dossier -- were unreliable. However, key FBI officials continued the surveillance and the investigation targeting the Trump campaign and key figures. One official later pleaded guilty to lying to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court to continue surveillance without an evidentiary basis.
At the end of 2016, a CIA assessment found that "Russian and criminal actors did not impact recent U.S. election results by conducting malicious cyber activities against election infrastructure." That presidential daily brief was scheduled to be published on Dec. 9, 2016, but the office of James Clapper, Obama's Director of National Intelligence, reportedly stopped the publication "based on some new guidance."
Clapper later joined Obama, along with John Brennan, Susan Rice, John Kerry, Loretta Lynch, Andrew McCabe, and others, in a meeting that would ultimately inject the debunked theory directly into the media.

The document was prepared for then-Attorney General Merrick Garland on Jan. 13, 2023. Transcript From 2019 Exposes More Deep State Machinations Against Trump
The House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence (“HPSCI”) released two transcripts Monday morning from the 2019 closed-door interviews of the then-Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, Michael Atkinson. The just-released transcripts reveal new details behind the scheming that led to the first impeachment of Donald Trump.
That first impeachment trial focused on President Trump’s July 25, 2019 telephone conversation with the president of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky. After the call, a supposed-whistleblower — more on that shortly — filed a complaint with the inspector general’s office on August 12, 2019, charging that Trump sought Zelensky’s assistance in investigating the Bidens to interfere in the 2020 election.

Vindman had listened to Trump’s call with Zelensky in real time from the situation room and testified about his impressions of the call. But Vindman was not the “whistleblower.” According to Real Clear Investigations, the CIA’s Eric Ciaramella was the “whistleblower.” And here’s where the just-released transcripts make things interesting.
After the House launched the impeachment inquiry and the “whistleblower’s” complaint was made public, IG Atkinson testified in a second closed-door interview. During that October 4, 2019 testimony, Atkinson explained that the “whistleblower” had provided him with a “Memorandum of Conversation” dated July 26, 2019. That memorandum purported to summarize a conversation the whistleblower had with an unnamed individual Atkinson identified as “Witness One.”
Atkinson then proceeded to explain that “Witness One,” had “listened to the telephone call in real-time,” which matches up precisely with Vindman. Yet, Atkinson testified that in assessing whether the “whistleblower” complaint was credible, they never spoke with Witness One. Instead, Atkinson testified that they interviewed two of the “whistleblower’s” supervisors to assess their perspective of the “whistleblower.” The IG office also assessed whether the whistleblower held any bias.
The IG’s office was kicking the wrong car’s tires: The so-called whistleblower had no first-hand knowledge of the call and was merely repeating Witness One’s statements. Or, as The Federalist’s editor-in-chief put it, “Vindman, Not Whistleblower, Was Driving Force Behind Impeachment.” But Atkinson didn’t speak with Vindman or assess his credibility or bias before finding the “whistleblower’s” complaint was credible.

Sanjay Patel, a Civil Rights Division prosecutor, was one of the prosecutors fired. The DOJ had placed Patel on administrative leave in March. The House Judiciary Committee had already pinpointed Patel last year as a member of the Biden administration’s weaponization, and the Justice Department report notes that much of the drive toward weaponization came from “career attorneys” like Patel.
According to the report, Patel relied on information from pro-abortion groups like the National Abortion Federation (NAF) for the hit list of pro-lifers to attack. Patel appears in emails lauding the work of NAF Security Director Michelle Davidson, stating, “She has been an MVP bringing incidents to my attention, often in real-time, which usually result in an investigation/prosecution.”

Emails show the task force, led by civil division trial attorney Sanjay Patel, worked closely with Planned Parenthood Federation of America, Feminist Majority Foundation and the National Abortion Federation (NAF) Security Team to initiate investigations and “monitor” pro-life activists — sometimes for years — before requesting arrest warrants and filing charges.
In a Nov. 17, 2021, email, before the task force was launched, Patel had already praised NAF’s security director, Michelle Davidson, to colleagues as an “MVP” at “bringing incidents to my attention, often in real-time, which usually result in an investigation/prosecution.”
The task force director was not nearly as chummy with defense counsel for one of the first pro-lifers indicted for illegally blocking access to an abortion clinic after the Dobbs decision, writing in a Feb. 22, 2023, email that he didn’t “keep the kind of records” the lawyer requested about the total number of “prosecutions for vandalisms of pregnancy centers.”
That was false, the Trump DOJ review found, since he had already forwarded “substantially identical information” to NAF.
Another case, US v. Zastrow, saw Biden DOJ prosecutors seeking “an indirect way to get some more info about religion without directly asking it,” leading to a handful of Christian jurors being flagged “for peremptory and for-cause strikes from the jury pool because of their faith,” according to draft voir dire documents and the subsequent review.
Other draft documents from the Biden-era prosecutors referred to Christian pro-lifers as “culty” — before swapping out a less offensive term so as to appeal to the Catholic magistrate judge who they griped had taken up the case.
“Unfortunately, we ended up with a very Catholic magistrate on duty this week and he was very particular about the bond conditions and not infringing on their first amendment rights,” Assistant US Attorney Frances Lee Carlson wrote in a March 10, 2023, email.

1st impeachment hid exculpatory evidence:
Trump was accused of pressuring Zelensky to open an investigation into the activities of then-presidential candidate Joe Biden and his son, Hunter, in Ukraine, in exchange for releasing $400 million in U.S. military aid to the country that had already been approved by Congress.
The entire impeachment process was unethical. For starters, due to a change in the House rules quietly made by then-incoming Speaker Nancy Pelosi shortly after the Democrats won back the majority in 2018, Trump was denied legal representation, the right to call witnesses, and the right to confront his accuser throughout the impeachment hearings.
You may recall that the whistleblower, who remained anonymous throughout the hearings for “safety reasons,” provided second-hand information to the inspector general of the Intelligence Community. [It should be noted that his identity was actually an open secret in Washington, D.C., and was ultimately revealed by investigative reporter Paul Sperry.]
At any rate, on Monday, Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released nearly 400 pages of previously undisclosed documents from the 2019 impeachment. And the newly declassified files give us a pretty good idea of why Schiff insisted upon the whistleblower’s anonymity.
Just the News editor John Solomon and his colleague Jerry Dunleavy, who requested that the files be declassified, obtained them on Sunday. They reported that the files “provide a starkly different portrait of the alleged whistleblower whose name and face were never shown to the public and whose lawyerly written letter accusing Trump of hijacking Ukraine policy for political gain was heralded by Democrats to launch impeachment proceedings.”
The new files showed that investigators from the inspector general’s office “developed derogatory evidence” about the whistleblower “including that he submitted false information in his whistleblower complaint, offered hearsay to support his allegations, and had the ‘potential for bias.'”

Keeping up on events in Fulton County, GA where there are both civil and criminal proceedings concerning 2020. There's a lot of back and forth, but something that leapt out at me was a statement made by the County's Director of Registrations and Elections.
BLUF: The government seized the ballots counted in 2020. In an effort to play it off at the time as being no big deal, the Director said - and I quote - the government could "make paper airplanes" out of the ballots for all she cared.

But DataRepublican touched on something more chilling that might remind you of how you first felt when you realized that in 2020 the people in the shadows actually pulled it off — they actually installed a dementia-ridden shell of a man in the White House in the most opaque of ways — ways in which we could never before have imagined.

The first receipt came in the form of a post that puts sunlight on the roles Harvard's Erica Chenoweth and Maria Stephan have played in conceiving and implementing color war strategies. According to DataRepublican, these are “the two most cited scholars in the color revolution field (who) studied 323 regime change campaigns.”
According to them, “security force defections make non-violent campaigns forty-six times more likely to succeed.” In other words, applying this to Trump, if you want to take him down, you need to start with the military. You need to create divisiveness in the ranks. You need to kill morale. You need to create an environment of competing loyalties. You need to instill dissension in a system that can only function without dissension.
As DataRepublican points out, Stephan is now chief organizer of something called the Horizons Project. To describe itself, its website uses some of the most Orwellian language you’ll find. If you want to understand what it really says you have to think in terms of opposites. Up is down, black is white, and authoritarianism is democracy.
Once you understand this, then you can adequately see where they are coming from when they describe the organization this way: “In times of increasing political violence and rising authoritarianism, diverse movements have come together to block harms and injustice, bridge divides, and build a more inclusive democracy.”

This is what incitement of violence sounds like. These are not insults or ridicule. These are incitements of violence.
This type of rhetoric is meant to make people believe that Trump and his supporters are a direct threat to them, their families, and the country.
Democrats create imaginary threats and then promise to save people from said threats. Look no further than the No Kings rallies. A bunch of people protesting a king that does not exist.
When a political party is constantly preaching to the country that the other side is out to hurt them and to hurt the most vulnerable people in society, it shouldn't be a surprise when some people attempt to end the threats that they actually believe exist.

The deranged firebug accused of igniting the devastating Palisades Fire had become "fixated" on Luigi Mangione in the lead-up to the deadly blaze -- and then allegedly suggested the inferno was started out of "resentment of the rich," prosecutors said.
Jonathan Rinderknecht, 30, was obsessed with the accused health care CEO killer and had routinely searched "free Luigi Mangione" and "lets take down all the billionaires" online, court documents show.
In the weeks and hours before allegedly sparking the blaze that triggered the catastrophic Palisades Fire, Rinderknecht -- who worked as an Uber driver -- ranted to customers about Mangione's arrest, too.
"Many of defendant's Uber passengers on December 31, 2024 and January 1, 2025, described defendant as angry, intense, driving erratically, and ranting about being 'pissed off at the world' and Luigi Mangione, capitalism, and vigilantism," prosecutors noted in a trial memorandum.
When asked why someone would ultimately set the blaze, Rinderknecht allegedly responded that it "would be out of resentment of the rich enjoying their money as 'we're basically being enslaved by them' and compared such an act of 'desperation' to the murder for which Mangione was charged," according to the memo.

Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell conspired to leak classified, and falsified, information that I was a Russian Spy who had an affair with President Trump's National Security Advisor General Flynn.
The goal was to impeach President Trump. The motive: Schiff didn't get the CIA Director role that Hillary promised him if she won. So Schiff did everything to try and remove President Trump.
A highly reliable whistleblower who worked on the Intel Committee with Schiff reported this to the FBI. The FBI found this to be true but then Christopher Wray refused to refer Schiff and Swalwell for prosecution, despite all the evidence, which he hid.
The documents are now released but Patel/Blanche still have not arrested anyone for this.

A former inspector general who fast-tracked a "whistleblower" complaint that led to the first impeachment of President Trump in 2019 knew the whistleblower was a registered Democrat and Joe Biden loyalist yet still determined his complaint was "a matter of urgent concern that appeared credible," according to newly declassified documents.
The documents also reveal the anonymous whistleblower secretly met with the Democratic staff of former House Intelligence Committee Chairman Adam Schiff prior to submitting his complaint in August 2019.
Yet under direct questioning, the whistleblower -- later identified by RealClearInvestigations as intelligence analyst Eric Ciaramella -- failed to disclose those contacts in interviews with IG investigators or on whistleblower forms, according to more than 350 pages of intel briefings Schiff classified as secret and locked up in a Capitol vault.
House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rick Crawford released the papers Monday morning after National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard declassified them late last week. Justice Department insiders say the documents factor into an ongoing grand jury investigation into an alleged "grand conspiracy" by former Obama and Biden officials to illegally target Trump in political espionage activities.
Nonetheless, IG Michael Atkinson, then the intelligence community's top watchdog, did not question the whistleblower's political motivations, truthfulness or credibility.

A federal prosecutor in the office that helped handle Justice Department special counsel Jack Smith's classified documents case regarding his investigation into Donald Trump was charged Wednesday for allegedly illegally emailing herself a copy of the materials disguised as cake recipes.
The department announced the indicted prosecutor as Carmen Mercedes Lineberger, a managing assistant U.S. attorney of the Fort Pierce branch of the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Florida.
Lineberger has been charged with two counts of theft of government money or property; the destruction, alteration or falsification of records in federal investigations; and with the concealment, removal or mutilation of public records.
The charges against Lineberger were filed in the Northern District of Florida. She pleaded not guilty on Wednesday.
The department, in announcing the charges, said that in separate instances in late 2025, Lineberger altered the electronic file names of government records that she received in her official capacity "to conceal" her unauthorized electronic transmission of the records to personal email accounts belonging to her "without being detected."
The altered government records included a document that included parts of internal DOJ electronic messages, an internal DOJ memorandum and a DOJ report related to a criminal prosecution that had been court-ordered to remain under seal and prohibited from distribution or disclosure outside of the department, the DOJ also said.
Lineberger allegedly attempted to conceal her actions by saving electronic copies of the government records in question under misleading file names such as "chocolate cake recipe" and "Bundt cake recipe" before emailing the documents to her personal email accounts.

Justice Amy Coney Barrett was the target of a “swatting” incident – a false call reporting gunshots intended to provoke a response from law enforcement officials – on Wednesday night, according to a report on social media. Andrew Leyden, a freelance photographer who posts frequently on X as @PenguinSix, indicated on Thursday morning that police had responded to a call at Barrett’s home on Wednesday night, “but quickly realized it was a swatting call” and left “after meeting with her security detail.”
Police in Fairfax County, Virginia, outside Washington, D.C., confirmed the incident in a statement to the National Review.
Leyden’s post on X included audio from the police department, which he said had been redacted under media guidelines intended to reduce copycat incidents. The audio noted that the address had “24-hour security coverage for a high-priority resident of the county.” An officer then reported that he had “made contact with security that’s on scene” at the house and the security detail hadn’t “heard anything.”

Last year, Barrett’s sister, who lives in South Carolina, was the target of a bomb threat. As CNN reported, an email sent to the Charleston County Sheriff’s Office indicated that a pipe bomb had been placed in her mailbox, but no bomb was found there.

The FBI and its law enforcement partners disrupted an alleged plot targeting this weekend’s UFC Freedom 250 event in Washington, D.C., officials told Fox News Digital.
Five people were in custody as of Monday, and investigators identified 23 people as part of a potential network of plotters. The alleged plan involved using explosive-laden drones to hit buildings near the event, force a mass evacuation and steer crowds toward a pre-staged sniper team, officials said.
