Skins must be trying to send a message out, that it's profit making time again and the extrasuperduper crazies are to be kept out of sight.

Normally he'd kick this into their 9/11 dungeon and let the lackwitts in there burble on happily under the radar.

They met their $50,000 fundraising "goal".  The next one is $75,000.  I'll bet he's trying to keep the money flowing without disrupting the natives.
