Is Sarah Palin a terrorist?
Advertisements [?]Some extreme right wing Christian fundamentalist that believe in the rapture may be terrorists of the worst kind – potential genocide bombers. The extreme fundamentalist not only believe in the rapture, many believe that we are in the beginning of the End Time, and that it is their religious duty and God's will that they hasten the coming of Armageddon, if they can. They are potentially much greater terrorists than religious fanatic suicide bombers, they want the end of the world to happen. These religious fanatics, and they are fanatics, completely outside of mainline Christianity (the rapture is considered to be heresy by the oldest mainline Christian churches).
Sen. Obama was raked over the coals because his association with Rev. Wright, but what Rev. Wright sometimes preached pales in comparison to what the radical rapture community believes and preaches.
This by far the most serious issue of this election. Does America want a believer in the rapture in the White House? Does America have any idea of the consequences and danger that such a person would pose to the future of the world? Sen. McCain chose this person to be his running mate, what does it say about his judgment?
Remember, Sarah Palin has said that Alaska will be a refuge when Armageddon comes – what does this say about her beliefs?
If Sarah Palin believes in hastening Armageddon then she should NEVER have her finger on the nuclear trigger!
The Obama campaign should NEVER raise the issue – the McCain campaign would destroy Obama by throwing it back at him. Independent and preferably bi-partisan Christian groups should strongly point out what these radicals believe and what the consequences of having one of them in the White House could mean for our future and our children's future (no future). The MsM MUST investigate and report on her beliefs, because IF she believes in hastening Armageddon then she is a terrorist, a terrorist of the worst kind.
They just keep going don't they? :-)http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=132x7064566

DU has turned into Sarahville ever since McCain announced her as his running mate, it's been Sarah 24-7. They are afraid of her or they wouldn't be working so hard to make her look bad.
-
When has Sarah ever uttered anything about her religious beliefs and how it plays into public policy?

No chance this is a mole?

Uh, never....but that's beside the point.....it's the seriousness of the charge that matters, not the truth.

If Sarah Palin were a terrorist, she would have already given money to Obama. ::)

'Saranoia' is running rampant at DU. :mental:
Remember how they suffered from BDS (Bush Derangement Syndrome)? Now 'PDS' is in full bloom, lol.
I thought the last couple of elections were entertaining watching the DUmmies implode. It will not even be close to what is going to happen when McCain and Palin win this time. Originally Hillary was the preordained winner but then they had to switch to the Obamessiah. Now that the Palin nomination has hit DU like a nukular blast they will be slamming down the poisoned kool aid faster than $kimmer can mix it. We should start a pool to guess how many DUmmies swear they are leaving the country this time. :loser:
DAMN this is going to be fun to watch!!!!! :hyper: :hyper: :hyper:

it is their religious duty and God's will that they hasten the coming of Armageddon
Being a fundamentalist, I've seen a lot of other fundamentalists, but I've not seen a single one of them espouse any belief that is anything even close to that. No such thing is taught in the Bible at all.

Is there any group or sect that does espouse such a thing or is this more of DUmmy circular beliefism...post something on a lefty blog, link to that on kos and then link to that on Huffington and so on?

Well, ...face, the DUfus is also an idiot. The only people who think that the end times can be hastened are the "Twelvers" the Shi'a Mahdi fanatics who rule Iraq. Interestingly, this DUfus has TRANSFERED a fear from the group actually holding such a view, to one who holds no such view.
Why would anyone be so psycotic? Because they are AFRAID of Islamic terror, and completely UNAFRAID of Christians. So it is SAFE to attach the characteristics of their worst nightmares to those they know will never hurt them.
Despicably cowardly behavior.

As a conservative Christian, Southern Baptist "fundy," married to an ordained Southern Baptist "fundy" minister who has a degree in ministry, I can guarantee that conservative Christians know that God's hand controls everything. We have no ability, or wish, to hasten Armageddon. Seriously, one of the greatest commands is to "love your neighbor." How can we follow that command...and still try to hasten Armageddon? ::) Almost every single one of us has friends, family members, loved ones who will not join us in the Rapture. We're praying for their salvation, not our own deliverance.
The whole idea was cooked up by whatever nutcase decided that the US will become a theocracy if we return to the basic laws and freedoms that were in effect in the 1950s...never mind that we'd managed to have almost every law, and all the freedoms, for 150 years before that without tumbling headfirst into a theocracy. It's just another layer of slime spewed upon the truth.
