"without due process" People subject to deportation don't get full jury trials. You either prove you are entitled to be in the country or you can be shipped out.
What is likely happening here is, the criminals being deported are also criminals in the receiving country. That makes them subject to the laws of that country.
Should the bastion of liberty and justice that is America care about the treatment by other nations? You should have asked me that 20 million illegals ago.

They keep touting that Biden deported more illegals that Trump has/is, but I guess that wasn't a bad thing.
Just another reason to throw a temper tantrum.
