In other words, no matter what sex you are, you are not judged on that basis for how you're paid. I think.

What it means to me is bypassing a qualified white guy to fill quarter based on call sexual orientation and stupidity.
All those things she mentioned are in the Americans with disabilities act if I’m not mistaken.

Yeah, no. EVERY item on that list predates DEI by decades. The first ramp I remember was at my parents' church, as built in 1967.
Changing stations in men's restrooms? Saw them in 1982, when our oldest was born, and were probably being installed in the 70s. Accommodation od breast-feeding, also happening in the early 1980s.
Closed captioning was invented in the early 1970s and was commonly available in the early-mid 1980s.
The insane anachronism of CaliforniaPeggy's meme aside, almost every item applies to all ethnicities (except for purple Neptunians) and sexes (e.g. there would have been changing stations in women's restroom in the 70s or 80s as well. As for accommodating people with disabilities, that 1960s ramp at my parents' church accommodated a member who was a paraplegic. He also drove a van adapted for hands-only control ... in the mid-1960s. He also played in a wheelchair basketball league.

DEI is nothing more than TV commercials made up of black fathers with dreadlocks, Mexican wives, and Hmong kids, all directed by a lesbian with purple hair. THAT is DEI.

The thing that DUmbass posted, bless her heart, is to do with the disabilities act and has no relation to DEI which is all about skin color, gender, sexual preference, etc. It's sad that their stupid has sunk to the level that they don't even realize that.
To be honest, it wouldn't surprise me if their have been some heterosexual white guy in a wheel chair who was eminently qualified for a job AND able to do the job AND would work hard at the job who were passed over for a job because it was given to a homosexual black dude who identifies as a woman AND has no qualifications for the job whatsoever.

I've considered government jobs, "White males need not apply," for several decades. It almost never has mattered, since I work in tech, but those ~9 months between jobs during the 2000-2002 Dot Bomb downturn were rough.
