Well, he's right. We did sign up for this. We knew what we were voting for and we're getting it.
And you know what, DUmmies?
We want it to continue, and expand.
We are finding waste and fraud beyond even our imagination and we are dismantling it (never mind those federal judges that are trying to stand in the way). Why would any of us be upset about it? This is what 'draining the swamp' means. It means to remove the fat and the pork and the slushes and the goldbricks and the worthless bureaucrats that have literally no value except as a siphon of taxpayer money. USAID may be the most well known fraudulent "charity" and slush fund, but it is far from the only one, and the more we look into them, the more will be discovered, and the more embarrassed you DUmmies and the media will be. But of course, you people have no concept of shame. You won't learn a thing from it. Instead, you are more angry at DOGE looking into all of the malfeasance and embezzling (and probably blackmailing and who knows whatever else) rather than the actual fraud itself.

Yes, I put these supposed regretful Trump voters in the same category as those people online who write things like 'I'm a conservative, but...", followed by a disquisition on why they really don't agree with any conservative positions.
We know that democrats try to create the political movement they seek, just as their allies in the mainstream media create news rather than report it.

My surprises, in which I doubt I am alone, is how swiftly and deeply Trump has struck. Also, I do not think DU Denizens know, let alone admit, Trump's many, concurrent, international successes. Trump's bargaining chips brought several nations to the bargaining table, and SecState Rubio has been really productive in Central and South America.

I realize that as a member of DU the Putrid Pretend Plane Pro Primitive is obligated to lie, but you'd think it would lie about something more believable. Like how nice his trans cootchie and manboobs look.
I've not encountered a single person who supported Trump, both online and in real life, who is disappointed in what he has done so far. Instead, they are impressed and appreciative because he's done more than they expected.
I really think that if I were in government right now, I'd assign a team of scientists to study DU because if we could take their industrial strength stupid and their proclivity to lie and somehow figure out a way to convert those two things to energy, it would be like discovering a perpetual energy machine.

In case there was still any doubt, CBS/YouGov conducted a poll recently. Not only did Trump receive the highest approval rating he has ever gotten in this poll, but 70% of respondents said he was doing what he campaigned on (that's 70% of all respondents, Trump voters or not. He also had a 94% approval rating among republicans. So yeah, this DU post is BS.

Actually, in a sense I signed up for that, too. It is a predictable rerun of Dems' 2017-2021 obstruction-by-lawsuit. I knew it would happen, and I knew Trump would fight.

For months, left-wing pundits and legacy media outlets have pushed the narrative that a growing number of Trump voters are second-guessing their 2024 decision. According to this storyline, regret is supposedly sweeping through red America like a virus, driven by Trump’s policies, rhetoric, and the so-called “chaos” of his second term. No one with a brain bought that narrative, and guess what? We were right. In fact, even CNN is being forced to admit the reality: Trump voters are not only standing by their choice — they’re more solid than ever.
CNN’s senior data analyst Harry Enten didn’t mince words. “I hear all these stories, all these articles — ‘All the Trump voters, they regret what they did back in 2024,’” he said. “I’m here to tell you, uh-uh. Very few of them regret what they did back in 2024.”
Enten cited a brand-new poll conducted earlier this month that asked 2024 Trump voters if they would change their vote if given the chance. The result? Just 2% said they would vote differently.
