1. Healthy, Educated People. WOW
No Heritage Foundation in that chunk of real estate. Imagine there’s no greed. It’s easy if you try.

5. Wow TY for that report on what Life is
like in Denmark.. Sounds great.
They sure don't want Mump messing with them or their Autonomous Territory Greenland.
I saw a movie recently filmed in Norway... that looked really good too.

2. They've avoided many immigration issues that many other European countries are experiencing...
Danes are very protective of their culture. As a result, their immigration policies are some of the most restrictive in Europe.
If you move to Denmark, assimilation is expected. There are requirements to learn Danish, to find a job and to have housing. There are policies to prevent “parallel societies” whereby groups of like immigrants are discouraged and frustrated in forming enclaves and “neighborhoods”. Basically, if you move Denmark, they expect you become a Dane.
Because the government provides its citizens with extensive benefits and services, it makes sense they must make sure new residents can contribute to the Danish society.
I’ve been there twice in last 13 or 14 years. I love going there. Everything is neat as a pin, and the people are quite interesting and friendly, especially once they know you.
I’m a huge fan of Denmark!
ALERT ALERT!

LOL, sounds like they're now cheering for exactly what we want. We've come full circle.
BTW, I've been to Greenland. It's pretty common knowledge the Danes look down on Greenlanders. They can't even do with their land what they want to do. It's also cold as hell, at least where I went for most of the time, which was waaay north of Nuuk.

Healthcare and college are not free, they are just shell-gamed into high taxes, https://taxsummaries.pwc.com/denmark/individual/taxes-on-personal-income . That webpage does not include the Value Added Tax, which is on the order of 3X even CA's high sales tax. The tax shell-gaming means healthy people still pay, through their taxes, for healthcare they are not using. The tax shell-gaming means people who go into vocations still pay for college education.
The grass ain't greener, and as Mark.b2 pointed out, Denmark is rather strict about qualifications.

Spot on. Free healthcare is never free. SOMEBODY has to pay for it.

Not only pay for it they have to wait for it.

Is "healthcare tourism" a thing in Denmark like it is in the UK?

The US could be Denmark if we got rid of the top 10 cities by population, which are populated by the exact people who make up DU.
-
There’s a big difference in a country that has a homogenous population of approximately 6 million people then
A country with a diverse population of 342 million people.
I know it looks like Utopia to all you Democrats, but if you would learn to work with the Republicans instead of trying to block everything they do things might be different here.
So stfu

Roger that. The US has something that Denmark doesn't have that makes things far more difficult, but I won't say it here.

Denmark would be under russian control within few months if the USA quit supporting NATO. That is a fact.
-
You mean NAZI Denmark?

Sounds like a plan.
I say we remote pilot the second drop ship down from the Sulaco, dust off and nuke [all the sites] from orbit. It's the only way to be sure.

We have cities in the US with larger populations than Denmark.
We have cities in the US with larger GDPs than Denmark.
We have city blocks that are more socially, ethnically, and culturally diverse than Denmark.
These pitifully false equivalencies make me want to hurl.
The fact that so many idiots keep falling for and parroting them does make me hurl.

In my case this is literally true. On my block, on one side of my house there is a Hispanic lady, a "white" guy, and an ethnically East Asian family. On the other side of my house is an Indian and an Iranian family. Across the street is a parking lot and an Indian family. I think most of the neighborhood is "white", but that doesn't matter enough to me to check it out.
