some things don't add up - defy common sense...
How is it that:
- she had many and more packed rallies, tons of enthusiasm.
- he spewed complete nonsense, offended many ethnic groups and women at his 'rallies' -as if he had no need to court any voter.
- there was supposedly enormous turnout (which should favor dems).
- he did traitorous things (Jan 6, documents, etc.) and ****ed us during covid (1M deaths), and espouses dictator ambitions
- (put in a list of the million horrible things he has done and said here too- I don't have time to type, you know them)
Yet he gets a victory like this??????
How is this possible - seems so unlikely - what the hell????
Many more packed rallies? HUH?

Exit polls say... FT voters Trump +9 versus Biden +32 in 2020.
First time voters probably saw Kamalatoe say she wouldn't change a thing from Bidens policies, yet she said she'd fix everything. It's one or the other. Either things are good or they aren't. She wouldn't commit either way..

They are the majority, and they voted for Trump. End of story.
Blame white people after being told white women would put her over the top..

Dems need to nominate a white dude for prez. And prob as vp too. Sad but true. Couldn't get enough to support a white woman with Hillary and even got less this time. And she was up against someone despicable with a just as despicable a vp. Trump is even more despicable than last time, which is hard to even imagine. I hold my head in shame as a white dude. But losing like this cannot happen. We are losing ground and a whole new generation of deplorables are being raised and they are picking up non white voters now too because they won't vote for a woman either. Mind numbing.
Correct, and I'm pleasantly surprised. A new generation of MAGATS, whodathunkit?

And maybe seeing our huge rallys filled with scary diversity drove more of them to trump. They were scared of what they saw.
Maybe they saw a (media hyped) rally where she said nothing, then cackled..

We had many influential and smart people such as former politicians and celebrities try to talk some sense into these "people." Why wouldn't they listen? I can't help but wonder what my favorite actor, Robert Deniro, is thinking this morning. Wow! I don't want to live here anymore...
Influential people as in celebrities no one cares about..

The vast majority of the public never saw it. The msm and social media sanitized it and repackaged it.
They repeated the lies without any backup and went off on attack after attack, tearing down every success the dems had.
They even let him take bald face claim to accomplishments from clinton, obama, and biden, without challenge.
Thats a big reason.
Then they, or someone with very deep pockets, paid established influencers huge sums of money to put out disinformation as organic content. Hundreds of thoussnds a month in some cases. This went out to minorities, young males, moms, sports nuts, a wide range of vulnerable demos.
It was thorough. It was widespread. It was supported by platforms like x, facebook, and tik tok through targeted algorithms.
If it didnt convince people to vote red, it convinced them to not vote at all. That dems were stupid, caused high prices, high unemployment, high crime, and every other evil your demo hates.
It was nonstop. In your face, every day.
Hard to work against. Its in the shadows.
Yes, the media was in the tank for Trump. What color is the sky in your world?

the ability to fight back and win seems lacking.
There was no fight when it mattered during
Florida 2000, and they were allowed to bang
on the doors of Dade County elections center,
stop the recount, and even get a SCOTUS
decision to stop it.
There was no fight when it mattered when
Ohio was gamed against Kerry.
I've thought about this. We're raised to be
nice and civil and to believe in our democratic
institutions as is.
What we never learned is that they are only as
good or bad as we make them be.
The Republicans learned this early on, and they
are mean and vicious enough to harm democratic
institutions in their favor.
Remember Lee Atwater, Karl Rove, and all the dirty
tricks that have beset us over the years. Think about
this. They ALL got away with it.
That's why I've been thinking about a collective move
toward extinction on the part of our species.
I connect it with the concept of "belatedness," a term
coined by Harold Bloom to describe the demise of poetry.
I think that would accurately describe the state of human
society these days... basically we've gone about as far as
we can go in so many aspects of life that it's time to say
goodbye.
Climate change alone will take care of that, I believe.

Oh don't you worry. The RINOs in the House and Senate will find new and interesting ways to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Never doubt that...

the swamp is an open gearbox and the wrench was just dropped. i do hope Trump is able to destroy it this time, or at the very least, do unrecoverable damage to it as a whole.

Although anyone is better than the Turtle Mitch McConnell running the Senate, which is why I'm not totally impressed with the three likely Senate Majority Leaders. Thune of South Dakota is probably the best option, John Cornyn of TX is a RINO, John Barasso is another unimpressive thus far Senator.
Give me a Majority Leader Ted Cruz, Tim Scott, Tom Cotton, Joni Ernst, or others in that ilk. The GOP needs to grow some f*cking balls and vote in a solid conservative.
Ditto to the House (which is still up in the air), and Mike Johnson has impressed me. I would have preferred a Jim Jordan type, but I'm not going to pick nits at this point.

I'm counting my blessings that JD Vance is stepping into the President of the Senate role. It might be good for him to see how much he can use that role to steer the stiff-necked RINO crowd.
Oh; and I'm still sorry that the Mitt-Wit managed to garner a senate seat from my (soon to be FORMER) fellow U-Tards. Dog knows there's plenty that limp spined mouth breather did that will take years to undo.

Common sense and anyone a member of the DUmp have long parted ways. Just like their perception of reality is like an episode of the Twilight Zone, they started out ok but halfway along the line Rod Serling pulled the rug out from under them and now they are trapped in the evil conservative world.

JD is now also well-postioned to run for POTUS in 2028.
