So we see the Black community has made itself trivial. <12% and diminishing? Why would I waste my resources on a loud but irrelevant demographic? The McCain/Palin campaign has finally realized this...

It is still a huge demographic with real issues.
I think it is time to acknowledge without pandering.
They should put some resources there pointing out that Obama is rhetoric, Palin is results. If they want Rhetoric, then Democrat is the way to go. If they want results, it is time to punch the republican dot.

And while it has cut down every 4th member, no doubt gang violence has cut down another quarter.
