It's a new Grand Jury. It's a new indictment.
I can imagine that the Trump team is running around like vermin on a sinking ship, this morning.
They can probably appeal their way beyond the election, but the day of reckoning is coming. Especially if he loses the election. He cannot afford to lose and a desperate man does desperate things.
Once again, he will be dependent upon the Supreme Court to pull his bacon out of the fire. No doubt, he will appeal his case to them once more and they can clarify their ambiguous and intentionally confusion ruling on immunity.
Or they can send it back down to the lower courts or back to the trial judge, whatever might be the case.
In their hearts, they are probably hoping that he dies so they can be unburdened of the albatross they volunteered to carry?

The problem you're so carefully glossing over DUmp'Rat, is that Jack Smith STILL hasn't been confirmed by the Senate, and therefore is still invalidated as a Speshul Prosecutor - which was what got his "case" tossed the first time, DUmbass. :whatever:
