Sexual assaults on women in India seem to have become an increasing problem there. I wonder if it's a reaction against women who "dare" to get an education and a professional career.
It might be a good idea not to travel to Sub-Saharan Africa or have sex with someone who was there recently, since much of the spread has been while having sex or other personal contact.
Ukraine has "liberated" considerable Russian territory in Kursk, with significant mobile assaults making even more Russian territory highly dangerous to the Russian military. Russia has had to divert personnel from some of its meatgrinder (of Russians) offensive operations.
