Hw many of you had as your first, or nearly first thought, "Reichstag Fire" last night?

Be honest. And how many of you younger DUers know what "Reichstag Fire" means, or what it was?

Last night?  No. 

But Reichstag Fire was my first thought on January 6th of 2021.

I got a phone call with the news, turned to my wife and said, “looks like our Reichatag moment is here.” Then I told her what happened and had to explain all about the Reichstag fire.

You know that if this happened with Trump in the White House he’d declare a state of emergency immediately. Then he’d start rounding up suspects’.

Prog Narrative 1: Trump deserved it!

Prog Narrative 2: Trump caused it (with things he did not actually say)!

Prog Narrative 3: Trump staged it!

Why do these people (a term I use lightly) always lie? I am honestly curious as to why in-depth psychological studies haven't been performed on the inhabitants of DU as a whole.
