We don't know what happened yet, but people need to monitor their words. President Biden will surely be making a statement at some point tonight which will no doubt be magnanimous and measured, wishing Trump well. We need to follow his lead and refrain from making jokes or other kinds of irresponsible comments.

There was a guy who told the SS and local cops about the shooter. He was ignored. This was a MAJOR fail on the SS. Not sure Trump can get rid of the SS, which falls under Biden, but he needs to hire some damn SOCOM/Blackwater types in addition. He has the money. I wouldn't trust the SS at this point. NOT WHEN YOU CAN'T ****ING SECURE AN ELEVATED POSITION ABOVE A SPEECH!!!! You stupid mfers!!!!

How ANYONE could not identify that as an exploitable position is beyond me. It was only about 100yds out, FFS. Any monkey with a dialed in scope could make that shot prone from a rooftop. No doubt about it, someone has some explaining to do.

Trump has hurt people. A lot of people. In very real ways. Let people react as they see fit.
No one is judging YOU by someone else’s post.
There have been comments made here and there about Paul Pelosi Sr. that were short of classy, but none that I have seen rejoiced about or cheered his injury. However, the big difference DU-folk ignore is that Paul Sr. is not a candidate for President, and the attack on him was not an assassination attempt.
