Biden’s corrupt Justice Department indicted a Texas surgeon who blew the whistle on a sex-change program at the Texas Children’s Hospital.
In May 2023, Dr. Eithan Haim leaked the sex change documents to investigative reporter Christopher Rufo. Dr. Haim was careful not to disclose any patient information but the Biden DOJ indicted him on four felony counts related to HIPAA violations.
One day after Dr. Haim exposed the Texas Children’s Hospital, the Texas state legislature voted to ban transgender medical treatment and procedures on minors.
EXCLUSIVE: Dr. @EithanHaim exposed the child sex-change program at Texas Children’s Hospital. Now the Biden Administration has indicted him on four felony charges. This is an outrageous political persecution—and must be resisted.https://t.co/9ck67YV0EI

Another political prisoner.

As I understand HIPAA, unless the doctor either revealed patient/family names or personal information by which the patient or family members could potentially be identified, this is bogus. However, if he did either, then the doctor did violate the law, and clickbaiter Gateway Pundit's, "Biden’s corrupt Justice Department," is stupid clickbait.

It seems if you go after abortion or gender change for children you are messing with the progressives most sacred rights. And they will come after you with all guns blazing :thatsright:

Per this Pajamas Media post, https://pjmedia.com/rick-moran/2024/06/08/doj-indicts-doctor-who-blew-the-whistle-on-texas-hospital-performing-gender-change-surgeries-n4929730 , the reporter to whom Dr. Haim leaked stated that the documents he had received had been "carefully redacted" and did not contain HIPAA-regulated personal information. If true, then this looks like lawfare in which the process is the punishment.

Exactly, they charge you for a non existent crime and you go broke proving your innocence.
It’s despicable. :thatsright:
