Since this was done illegally I wonder if it could be reversed. Or if congress could just not fund it.

The Supreme Court said he couldn’t do it so it seems to me that there should be some way to recover the money..

Cloward-Piven. He's cancelling so many loans so that reversing his illegal actions is too difficult, messy, and politically costly.

I wonder if they will complain about paying the taxes on this windfall? I would think that it would qualify as income.

I bet they wouldn't be so thankful if this were the cause of the country's economy to eventually tank because of the cost is added to the spending in the budget. If we taxpayers have to cover it then the taxes have to go to the country's debt..

I have $5 that says the IRS has a record of this transaction, and that this DUmp'Rat - among so many more of the rest of the DNC's moocher voter base - is in for a shock sometime next year when they send out a letter saying that they consider the value of the "forgiven" debt as income, and that the DUmp'Rat and their moocher fellows owe tax, penalties and interest on ~$100,000 or more of unreported income.
