9-0: You lost, states cannot ban Trump or other Federal office candidates because they don't like him/her.

5-4: Only Congress can decide if someone is ineligible under the 14th Amendment. The losing minority of 4 wanted conviction of the Federal crime of "Insurrection" to also determine that someone is ineligible.

In short, all Justices believed the conclusion was correct, however, they didn't all agree that the logic to reach that conclusion was valid.
