Medved was just playing a sound bite from Biden .. Biden went on and on about how she would have been a 'better' pick than him, and that she was a close friend of his and how Hilary was better experienced to be President OR Vice President.
so why on earth did Obama pick him?? :popcorn:

That is GREAT! In the first News Cycle, the Feminazis suggested that McCain's judgment was suspect for choosing Palin. Well, Palin has stepped through the crucible, but selecting Biden, OTOH, clearly signals that hussein has BAD judgment skills.

And Bill's too. I would guess that Bill Clinton wants to see Obama totally humiliated and I think Hillary would like to try out one of those novelty "Hillary nutcrackers" on barky's family jewels.
I think the only choice barky has is to replace Biden with Bill Richardson. Although Richardson is vastly more qualified than barky, his political career is over if obama doesn't win and appoint him to some deluxe cabinet job.

A poll was shown on Fox News earlier this evening showing what people thought of McCain's choice of Palin and Obama's of Biden.
Obviously the McCain-Palin was higher....I can't remember how much...but I'm sure it will be on Fox again tonight.

If he really thought that, why did he run for Prez himself? While she might indeed be more focused on the goal of the Presidency, objectively his qualifications are obviously of the same nature as hers but of much more lasting duration, so the statement is nonsensical (one and a fraction Senate terms vs. something like five with all the Chairman and leader time that goes with that seniority?!? Come on, Joe.)

in telling my husband the various and sundry stupid things Obama/Biden have said over the past few days.. my husband, who doesnt follow politics much at all said, "ya know, for a guy who's been in the Senate for 30something years, he sure acts like a rookie out there"
which makes me think, Hilary is far scarier than i first imagined if its really going on..

I told a girl at work that Joe Biden asked a guy in a wheelchair to stand up and applaud. She didn't believe me. :-)

The McCain camp's reply to Biden's comment:
Spokesman Ben Porritt offered this response from the McCain camp: "Barack Obama’s most important decision of this election, and Biden -- the candidate he selects -- suggests, himself, that he wasn’t the right man for the job, and that Hillary Clinton would have been a better choice. Biden certainly has a credible viewpoint on this."
