Republicans have little faith in democracy or the jury system.
They seem to believe that no one can get a fair trial if the jury is chosen from a population that is primarily Democratic by Party registration?
Why else would they not rush to clear their name if they are charged with a serious crime? If they are innocent as they profess, then why so fearful at facing a jury of your peers?
It is anti-American to distrust the cornerstone of our democracy, the justice system, in such a manner.
Perhaps, just maybe, there is another reason Republicans do not want to go in front of a jury?

It’s hard to have faith in the system when you’re being charged with phony crimes :thatsright:

No, it's un-American for juries (such as those in the January 6th trials) to not be conscientious, for people to be convicted by media propaganda, and for judges to basically make up law as they go along. It's not un-American to point these things out.

:banghead: DU-grade Progs screech their hatred for Trump, Rs, and conservatives, yet we are supposed to believe they could be unbiased jurors?
:banghead: Hate-driven Antifoids riot against conservative people, yet we are supposed to believe they could be unbiased jurors?
:banghead: Hate-driven BLM-types riot, loot, and assault whites (and Asians), yet we are supposed to believe they could be unbiased jurors?
:thatsright: Are at least some DU-folk so ignorant that they believe that a change-of-venue motion from Trump would be a new innovation? :thatsright:
:thatsright: Are at least some DU-folk so ignorant that they do not remember that convictions have been overturned due to massive prejudiced pretrial publicity? :thatsright:

I'm guessing Antifa/BLM trials (rioting) would be frowned upon by the left if held in either Oklahoma or West Virginia.
What would they be afraid of, the jury of you peers system?

Part of the justice system is in field law enforcement that you stupid ****s have been demonizing for years asshole.

100% correct. I have little faith in "democracy" and even less in the (DC or Fulton County) jury system.

These are the asshats who made being against the injustice of the system/"the man" part of their political identity for years... until they realized that system is largely on their side right now.

Anything the Dems touch turns to crap. I don't trust a jury system where Dems are the majority. I don't believe someone who isn't one of their own can get a fair trial. They aren't interest in THE truth, they're interested in THEIR truth, which is the polar opposite. And it's definitely not un-American to not trust leftists.

Equity before the law is the heart of democracy.
The democratists have put a bullet through that heart. Why would I believe in either "our precious democracy" or the jury system?
